Yodha: Battle Board is our first casual board game, localized to support multiple languages worldwide, offering a strategic and engaging online multiplayer experience. Challenge players globally with unique mechanics like the copyrighted 'sandwich' feature. The game includes rewarded ads to unlock additional matches, interstitial ads in AI and local multiplayer (offline) modes, and banner ads for monetization. We are actively working on gameplay improvements and updates, with exciting enhancements planned for the coming months.

Welcome to Yodha: Battle Board ('the App'), a casual, localized online multiplayer board game developed by Dripredgames ('we,' 'us,' or 'our'). This is our first game, designed to be accessible in multiple languages, with ongoing improvements to enhance gameplay. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('Terms'), which are stored locally on your device. Before accessing the App, you must explicitly agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy by checking the respective boxes during the initial setup. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
By checking the box agreeing to these Terms during the App’s initial setup and using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws) or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use online services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. Your explicit consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy is required before accessing gameplay.

The App allows you to play as a guest using a unique identifier (Guest ID, e.g., #y1234567890) generated temporarily for each session. This Guest ID is not stored in any database, not linked to any personal information, and is deleted when you close the App.

You consent to the display of these ads by agreeing to these Terms. Unity Ads may temporarily process limited data (e.g., IP address, device identifiers) to serve ads, but we do not collect or store this data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The App includes a chat feature with pre-selected messages to foster respectful communication. You can toggle the chat feature on or off in the App settings for added privacy. When enabled, messages are sent directly to your opponent during gameplay, are not stored in any database, not shared with third parties, and are deleted when the match ends.
Your game progress, including match history and moves, is stored temporarily in your device’s memory during gameplay. No data, including Guest IDs, is stored in a database or retained after you close the App or end a match.
All content in the App, including graphics, sounds, music, code, and game mechanics, is owned by Dripredgames or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The unique concept and mechanics of the 'sandwich' feature, as implemented in Yodha: Battle Board, are copyrighted by Dripredgames. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this concept or any other content without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dripredgames shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, device damage, or interruptions in service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Dripredgames, its affiliates, and its employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.
We may update these Terms as we improve the App and add new features or languages. The updated Terms will be included in App updates and stored locally on your device. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
